Reverse Wire Color
On my vette green was the reverse wire (for back up camera). I am doing my wifes Buick and there is a green wire going into the tail light assy. Would the green be the reverse in the buick as well. Is that universal?

GM seems to like using black for the ground wires, if that's your other choice besides green then Green is probably the lights +12v supply.
If you can, see if you can pop out the reverse bulb socket and tell what wires go into it.
