I searched around but couldn't find the correct combination of words to yeild the specific result I needed; My Left door seems to only have mids/highs and the right door only has "highs" - Is this an issue with the AMP(s) or the speakers themselves? Basically I want to use my parts budget for go-fast bits and not speakers, so is there an AMP for the Low's and Mid/highs seperately or is there 1 amp per door for all 3?
C5 has a 3.5" in each door for highs (powered from radio) and a self-amplified 8" sub in each door. Sounds like your passenger door sub is out.
First thing is to make sure the problem is the speaker. Start by adjusting radio to full treble and full front. Turn up volume and adjust left/right back and forth to make sure 3.5's are both working.
Change to full bass, repeat left/right test, odds are you'll be able to tell a difference.
Best guess is a blown sub. C5 prints are HERE, but both are powered from the same fuse. The only way to be sure it's the sub and not radio or bose processor is to swap subs from left to right.
If you do need a new sub you can probably get one pretty cheap if not free, lots of take-offs on the forum if you can find one.
That was the first thing I did when I noticed the lack of sound the other day, it just "turned off" while I was driving.
The amount of bass sounds significantly less than before so at the time I thought there was an issue with the "subs" on both sides but after seeing the speaker unit itself I can tell that it must be working on the left door.
I just wonder if the significance of the lack of bass is due solely to the loss of that one sub or if the sound processors can actually lose output but not completely go out and if that is the case for my driver door processor?
If not it sounds to me like I may very well just need to replace one sub/amp or assembly (for the right price) and I can nurse this stock audio until I can get my suspension/exhaust items taken care of and then spend a little bit to replace it all.

It's probably the sub itself, but it could be the processor or HU. You need to swap the speakers to be sure.
