The level adjustment is for differences in voltage coming from your radio. Start with it at 6 and turn up until you get speaker distortion at >75% volume level. The numbers refer to RCA voltage at the amp input.
That sub/amp combo won't get any more than 200wRMS to each sub if you install both subs. Best way I can see to wire it would be using only one sub and amp as 2-channel with each channel feeding a single coil on the sub for 165x2. IMO 330w from one sub will probably kick better than 200w on each of two subs, but try both to see what you like better.
Thanks! thats exactly what I needed. Since I already had the 2 sub box, I hooked them both up. It was running only 1 10" when I got it, and it did'nt sound very good. Now that I have gone through this, it may have been hooked up wrong. In the future I may try a single sub sunk in the floor like I have seen on the forum. It looks very clean.
