Default Need amp install pics
Ok, I'm about to install a new HU and amp in my C5 and need some ideas on installing the amp. I don't know if I want to put it in one of the storage compartments or make a box and put it on display somewhere behind the seats. Please post your install pics, particularly amps. Thanks.

Behind the seat is a good idea ... but doesnt it get kind of hot? ... I plan to ... when I do my install ... to put all of the "brains" of the Screen I plan to install and vertically mount a DVD player ... but an amp there scares me ...

It gets warm to the touch, but I haven't noticed it "hot". I keep the seat about least an inch in front of the amp. My most frequent passenger (girlfriend) doesn't need the seat back any further, and nobody else that has been in has needed it back past that, either. Plus, it's pretty much out-of-sight, to maintain the "stealthy" installation idea.

ps. Why do you end every sentence with 3 dots?
