I had work done and this is not connected?
Do you know where the wire goes?

See attached pics - pulled stereo no hook up?
I had hand controls that took out the telescoping wheel.. is it on there?

I believe it's the temp sensor for hvac.

If you look that GM part number up on Google, you'll have your answer.

It's the microphone for the stereo; volume compensation circuit.

I know but can't find where the wire goes to?
It adjust road noise and makes audio louder...
Guess some more digging
