I pulled back the carpeted area at the interior rear facia and all i saw was the hatch pulldown mechanisim, from another post and responses i thought it was in this area im looking to check for loose connections and ground due to poor reception.
TIA Rob
C6 prints are here, look at the Antenna schematic.
The coax cables are thick, and should be obvious. The green, black, and red 'antenna' wires are only 20 gauge and I'm pretty sure they're just strung out inside the bumper, they don't connect to anything.
Yes, the antenna is in the top portion of the glass. Is that window tinted?
The FM antennas on a C6 are NOT on the rear glass.

Correct for the most part. The antennas look like simple wires running out through grommets and along the back fiberglass behind the tail lights to the left and right sides of the rear end.
If I'm not mistaken, I remember them attaching to the metal supports between the rear quarter panel and the rear fascia. Green goes on the drivers side, red goes on the passenger side.
If you check out this wide body conversion write up, you'll see the right (red) antenna where it attaches to the support on Page 7, picture 8.

Not tinted, yet planning on it though.

I located the modules (can't believe i missed them the first time)
there was a wire in the left module that wasn't completly 'clicked' in,
it has a white connector that needed to be pushed in until the tabs clicked and locked in i did this while the radio was on and could hear the static disappear and clear up, so that was an easy fix and i can listen to my sports talk radio on AM
