Curious to know if any of you get a interior rattle when having the sub hitting pretty hard? I I noticed when I am playing music pretty loud and a hard bass note hits. Something in the trunk (Want to say rear hatch panel) rattles and can be heard which is very annoying. Thats the only place it rattles and can't seem to find it. Any help on getting rid of it? I have sound deadning from Double D mods, but not for that panel that attaches to the trunk hatch. Thanks for reading and appreciate if you help.
Download some test tones and play one that makes it buzz the worst on repeat. 50 Hz will probably do the trick.
Open the trunk or crawl back and push on panels until you find it.
I'm on my third vette, so far I've had the roof brackets loose, the XM box loose, rear speaker metal mesh loose, seat belt oval shaped plastic guide loose, license frame loose.....
Its def coming from inside. I just can't pinpoint it. I have this huge partition subbox in the way lol. Its hard to reach back there and press on panels. Its very annoying. Def when low tones of the 50hz range hit.
