If you're keeping the stock door speaker setup I'd get the ROEM Kit.
If you're gutting the doors and replacing them with components you don't need an adapter, just tap switched power in footwell.

Just a note, the ROEM kit doesn't retain the power to the headunit when the key is shut off (retained accessory power, RAP). You'll need either another adapter for RAP or to use the XSVI-2004 adapter if you care to retain that feature.
