There isn't a switched wire in the radio harness. If you want to retain your warning chimes you'll need an interface adapter to do both the chimes and RAP controlled power. I'm using the C2R-GM24 for just that, but there are many to choose from. If you have and want to retain onstar you'll need a specific model.
If you don't want chimes or RAP you can just tap a switched wire in the footwell fuse box. Wipers or heated seats are popular using an add-a-circuit gizmo.
Got it figured out. I wired the accessory wire and the primary power for the radio to the wipers and the ignition radio wire to the ignition sensor fuse. The radio doesn't come on when accessory is on but that doesn't bother me.
