Does it still have the OEM HU in it or not?
Most can be wired to work. Go to Ray Kawal's webpage and look for your answer there. C5 and 6 are not an issue and you can get necessary harness or components directly from him.

Has asked for a USB input not an aux audio input, only way to do it is to change out the radio. However, in C6 you can install a newer version of the stock radio.

for what purpose and to what equipment?
if for power only use, yes, i have in a couple places. (i suspect as have others here its for radio/music use since you called it port, and your in audio section) here are mine added, but they supply 5V only for power purposes.
