I just ordered a set of Pioneer 4x6 speakers to replace my OEM speakers. The speakers came with an adapter plate to fit a variety of vehicles. I had read that the holes in the universal mount plates may not fit, and I might have to drill holes in the correct location. These, however are way off. The speaker won't even fit between the studs on the plate that mounts to the dash pad. What can I do to use these or what can I order that will fit?
