Default C5 door speaker install

I'm putting some Morel Virtus components in my doors. Where is the best place to mount the crossover and tweeter?

Tweeter location - top half of stock location or in pull handle if it fits and you're willing to do it.

Crossover location - inside door somewhere, lots of possibilities, or in dash on top of cover that's above your feet (you have to pull it down to access the accordion when running wires into door).

Pics already posted should help also

I put the driver side crossover underneath the dead pedal. Pretty easy to put it there. The passenger side went in the door as I couldn't find any good spot under the dash. Can't wait to get this install done so I can hear what it sounds like!
