DDX 373 touchscreen issue (reset?)

DDX 373 touchscreen issue (reset?)
Have a 4 month old ddx373. I noticed the back button on lower right corner didn't work but I could X out of screens with no issue.
Had to take battery cable loose and radio went to initial setup. To end initial setup you must push finish. The issue is its in lower right corner of touchscreen.
Any ideas? How do you reset? I pushed reset button but couldn't tell it did anything.
