Suggestions for Front Stage
Current speakers on hand.
1. Soundstream Competition 5 1/4" component set from 1995
2. Memphis Car Audio 6.5" Coaxials from 2012
3. Memphis Car Audio 5.25" Coaxials from 2013
Focal and Morel are out of my price range.
$200 is the upper limit.
$130 seems like the optimal price.
6.5" seems like the optimal size.
Speaker ideas:

2. Soundstream RC.6 6.5" Components
3. JL Audio C2-650 6.5" Components
4. JL Audio C2-650 6.5" Coaxials
5. MB Quart 6.5" Components
6. Lanzar 8" Triaxial ???
7. Precision Power P.65C3 6.5" 3-Way component
I like the idea of no passive crossovers, requiring just routing another wire through the door.
The Soundstream amplifier has 4 separate channels available.
75 watts RMS x 4 channels.
Channels 1&2 has variable 50Hz - 4kHz 12dB High Pass Crossover.
This works with Coaxial speakers or Tweeters.
Channels 3&4 has a variable 50 - 150Hz 12dB High Pass Crossover
and 250Hz - 4kHz 12dB Low Pass Crossover.
This works with Component separates, like a 5 1/4", 6.5" or even an 8".
The rest of the system.
Head Unit: Kenwood Excelon DDX392
Amplifier: Soundstream T5.2500DL
Subwoofers: JL Audio 10W0v3-4 pair, 250 watts each.
Subwoofer Enclosure: Subthump Partition Box, .71 cu.ft. ea.
