C6 sub setups - subthump, atrend, other?
Hello,
I'm sure this has been asked in some fashion but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for.
I want to add bass to my C6, boomy but not rattle the neighbors windows. I'll also do a head unit and down the road likely replace the bose speakers but I'm not planning to tackle the factory speakers today.
My question is on enclosures. Has anybody used the NVX.com Boost or the Atrend corner boxes AND tried a subthump dual 8" setup? I'm just not into it enough to justify the JL price and I'm torn between the corner box and the partition box.
I'd appreciate any thoughts, especially "Deal Breakers" for you on any of these setups!

I went with a simple angled sealed box. I wanted something that was easily removeable for more spirited driving and track days. 4 screws and it’s out.
The midbass drivers in the doors doors provide plenty of bass still (Hertz hi energy 6.5).

Downhill, is there room for the targa top? I haven't seen one like that, nice setup!
Umcanes, I'm having a hard time finding mounting depths and exactly what speakers work with the different corner boxes. Was it trial and error to get the right fit?

No, Vettenuts boxes are made for a jl sub, I'm not sure which one though. I didnt want a jl sub so I got an image dynamics sub (much better sub) and Vettenuts built the box for my sub.
