Default Data Feed to Head Unit ??

So I randomly came across the following pic when scrolling the Apsis (supporting vendor) site. It clearly shows a Pioneer head unit of some type displaying what I would guess to be OBD2 data feeds as gauges.

School me.

What can I do with my Avic-8200? What other options exist for plug-ins? Are there sites/links with threads and how-to's? I'm wrapping up the mechanical jobs on my car for the year and the head unit and internal wrap-ups are next.

Edit: I also got to thinking. What good data logging software or apps are out there? I have a Udoo x86 which I hardly ever use. I'm wondering what I could run to the head unit from that one. I can roll with any OS.
