Very nice choice of sub - what vehicle is that going into? Did you tune the port to the car's resonant frequency? (I'm making the assumption that this is set up for DB Drags or the like, duh.) It'll make a nice difference in your db levels at the mic.
Its me in the box. Its a freind of mines that he doesn't use anymore. We build all our own enclosures and love em ported. Between three of us we've down over 20 custom boxes used like 30 sheets of mdf etc... I wanna say that box is 11 cubes, its tuned to something around 50hz. It goes in an MX3 with the backseat down. Its a Digital Designs 9515 powered by a modified MMATTS amp that peaks at well over 2000 watts. Its hit as high as 152db.
NICE! I assume it must not sound very good with "Normal" music though...am I right? Seems to be just for SPL. I have built a few speaker boxes(5-6), and I must say, I wan to attempt to make a new set for my car...2x 12" JBL GTs. I want to do 2 seperate boxes(1.25 cf each) and put them on opposite sides of the trunk, but I'm not sure if they will cancel out in this config...any comments?

No its not for normal music. For daily driving you'll generally tune a ported enclosure anywhere from 28-38hz depending on the size and amount of excursion your sub has.
I couldn't tell ya for sure about the 2 seperate boxes, on one box that didn't work out as planned for 4 12s in a trunk. We couldn't fit all the subs one side. So we put 2 of the subs on the opposite side of the box. It didn't work at all and was louder with only 2 subs hooked up.
Thanks for the advice. I guess that they would cancel out, being slightly out of phase. I think I'll just move the box I have(Q-Logic 1.25 cu. ft. x2) around in my trunk to find a little better position.
