C7 Audio and Nav questions SOLVED
DELETED PLAY LISTS AND ALL WORKS OK. Found a post that said a corrupt playlist would prevent USB indexing from finishing.
I just moved from a 2014 Z51 to a 2019 GS. The infotainment system is updated. My 2014 did not have nav. I'm scratching my head on how to fix the folowing issues.
Constructive comments please!
Info issues:
1) Playing USB music from Folders or Playlist
2) Restart car, media says MyMedia Library and always reverts to the same song. Browse comes up on SONGS
3) Press media button, get back to USB and selection before car turned off restarts
4) What / where is MyMedia Library? Can it be deleted without deleting other info?
5) How to make media resume where it was when car was turned off?
Nav issues:
1) System does not recalculate, seems fixed on route. (Garmin and Google maps do recalculate if you miss a turn or otherwise deviate from the route). Is there a way to force recalculation?
2) System does not move to next waypoint unless waypoint is actually reached – does not recognize it has been passed. (Waypoint set to a city, not intersection with highway passing near city). Is there a distance tolerance for reaching the way point?
