Default 1982 C3 Radio Replacement

Can anyone help a Corvette Newbie,,, I need to replace the radio in my 82 C3 it looks as tho each plate on the center instrament radio console comes off, the radio looks to have 4 screws, one in each corner, I am not sure they are real screws or imitations, Does the radio plate come off or does the entire center console come off, I need advice before i screw up a really nice dash panel,,

When I had my C3 I swapped the radio for a newer one and if I remember correctly only had to remove the center bezel that covers the radio and center gauges. Pretty easy install, left the factory speakers. I also added a 8" powered subwoofer to the rear compartment, worked out really well.

the center gauge/radio bezel is one piece. Should be two screws at the top and two on the sides.
