Alpine 7998 owners
Anyone that has this head unit and is familiar with cross over settings as well as time correction in a c-5 please help me out. I have a z06 with a pair of focal utopias up front and a stealthbox in the rear. I have no rear fill. I have set up what I know on the I-personalize site by measureing the distance from the front speakers to the rear view mirror. Is this right? Anyhow I am desperate for help please go to this site and log in under my password and set things up.

I would like to know also. To tell you the truth, I am not very happy with the sound of the 7998, it sounds average, not like an $850 HU should.
The savings grace is that I added XM and love that.
BTW I have Diamond audio speakers and a RF 600.4 amp.

I was looking into the 7998 and this has sparked my interest.
Anyone else care to comment on the sound of this unit. I don't want to spend the money if it's not worth it.
