Is there a Metra or other manufacture speaker adapter so I don't have to cut plugs at the speakers. Also is there a t harness at the amp that has more than the front door speakers in it...I can only find the subthump t harness which eliminates the microphones and has just the front door speakers..
Thanks.
Yes sea7 those are what I need if they fit the c7 speakers....are all the speakers the same plug?? I guess I could contact Metra but was just wondering if anyone had did this before don't want to hack anything up...was going to use a t harness at the amp for a lc2 or lc7 and use that for a Aftermarket amp and change out some OEM speakers..I don't want to cut into anything but aftermarket harnessess.
This is the easiest solution but you will either have to run new speaker wire to the speakers from the amplifiers.
Or you will have to splice at the factory amp and use the wires from there. (you said no to that) https://axxessinterfaces.com/product/AX-DSP-MOST1
If you have not done any of this before I would have a professional tackle it.
The t harness is so i don't have to splice the factory one... you are making this confusing. Sea7
I have done all my installs since the early 90s when I used Orion hcca amps.....still have them never found another use for all my old stuff lol

I feel ya. Its a little different days with the GM MOST50 data system.
No such all around plug and play option.
Personally I use a AP4GM61 in my Z06. Its connected to a hidden amp powering 2 8's in a custom enclosure.
