With the factory headunit, no not really.
The onstar system was the big thing for factory systems, but alas not available on or cars, plus the service charge to boot. The "Magellan" system was suppose to have an interface module and plug into factory stereo but that was sommmmeeeeeee time back and I haven't kept up.
Now aftermarket, Ken King has the best/if not one of top two installs, I've seen which feature full navigation/video/and audio.
