Your amp should be able to handle a 3.1 ohm load...that is the average impedance..in operation it is probobly a lot higher. It will only hit low ohms when it hits certain frequencies and your amp shouldn't have any problems with it. (My subs are both supposed to be 8 ohms, but they average about 3.4 when linked in parallel, which my 4 ohm stable amp handles very nicely)
DCR is normally different than rated ohms. if your amp is rated to handle 4ohm loads it will do just fine. every 4ohm sub has less dc than it's rated. the impedence also will fluxuate through out the frequencies, this is just typical. they nominal average ohms are 4 however and you should be fine with the single voice coil eclipse aluminum 10. also to read ims you have to go to my profile and check im history. also LOOK on ebay for the eclipse !! they aren't that expensive
