Stereo intermittent no sound
Hi,
I have a 08 C6 with a aftermarket stereo. It has been working fine until recently there is intermittent no sound.
I start the car and no sound, as i drive around sometimes the sound comes on and stays on but if I turn the car off the next time I run it there is no sound.
So I bought a new HU thinking that would fix it but it had the same issue. So I bought a used factory amp off ebay and same issue. It has a PAC TR-12 and a RP3-GM11 interface, could it be that?
I checked the connections and they look good.

Amplifier wiring issue most likely. Could be a break in the power wire (or "remote" wire) within the harness itself. I feel for you man, that sucks. But in my experience, anything "intermittent" is typically a wiring issue.
