1994 C4 PAC 0EM-1 Issue
Went out the Wednesday to move the car from the garage and no cranking. ok, put the battery on charge for the night. went out Friday thinking I would wash and maybe wax it, put the key in, radio/navigation system came on and went to crank it and NADA ...nothing, won't turn over. I thought maybe a fuse but all ok, thought maybe something in the dash came loose, but before I would tear into it again I spent Friday on the forum searching. Nothing really turned up on the Forum Tech or Audio, but in General someone made a comment that he heard of a similar issue and it had something to do with the PAC OEM-1.
SO, today I went out and unplugged the Pac plug from the new head unit.....VIOLA, the car cranked right over, put the plug back into the PAC OEM-1 and no crank.
These PLUG N PLAY packages somehow leave a lot to be desired, or better instructions.
I am at a loss on what is interfacing with the PAC to prevent cranking. ANY help is appreciated.

I only posted here on the Audio site so I will see how the swap goes tomorrow assuming the plug connections are the same as the interior is all back in the car. Wish I had tried to crank it before it was all back together but live and learn....life is a learning process.
again, thanks, will update after I make the change.

I have the blue one and I used it on the 97 without any issue and they are both wired the same (same instruction sheet). Tomorrow I will do the sequential unplugging, if nothing changes I will swap the blue one and retest.
I have the red power to a switched circuit (the one in the glove box as an accessory) but can't figure out what would stop the ability to crank.
