I've bought probably 6 or 8 things from them over the last 18 months, ranging from digital cameras to a $3K home theater receiver. I've had really good luck with them, although I'm always careful (as I am with all online sellers) only to buy stuff that they say is in stock and can be shipped right away. Also, I've never had to return anything so I don't know how their return policy works or doesn't work. As you noted, their prices are usually not totally the lowest, but usually pretty close. I'll probably buy a digital cam corder from them in the next month or so.

I've found that http://www.smilephotovideo.com has some rock-bottom prices. I've bought two head units from there and didn't have any problems. They don't have pictures of anything on the site (its always says "picture coming soon" ... its not), but as long as you know exactly what you want its not bad.

I bought a sony HU from them and payed for overnight shipping. Got a great price. Got it installed and had some problems with it. Shipped it back at my cost with no problems from them. I called when they sent me reciept conformation and asked them to ship it overnight at there cost. They were happy to comply. All and all I would use them again except they don't sell JL audio or Foal.

:iagree: Sometimes their phone people aren't the most courteuos, either, but if low price is all you're looking for, they're the place to go.
