Default Picking an amp power

I'm trying to find an amplifier for my sound set that I will be installing into my C5. I already have my subwoofer and know what speakers I want for the front and rear. The problem is I don't know what amplifier I would need and how much power.

Front speakers: Skar Audio SPX-65C
Rear speakers: Skar Audio FSX-65
Subwoofer: Skar Audio SDR-12

I would like a 5 channel amplifier. I can go for a 4 channel and a mono for the sub. But not sure what I would need.

My bad.
For that setup you would need 50 - 100 watts x 4 channel and then 600w × 1. All at 4 ohm, or 1 ohm for the sub.
skv2-100-4ab-four-channel-car-amplifier
SKv2 1500 mono

Imo its preferable to have a separate subwoofer amp from the rest of the system. I've had a subwoofer at minimum, and sometimes a full blown audio system in nearly ever car I've owned for the last 30 years. The only combo system I've ever done, was a Sony Elite line 5 channel that was absolutely beautiful and enormous, but when the amp goes south, the whole system is dead. That amp was rated at 75w x 4 and 225 x 1, but it was significantly higher in output I think. It was huge and beautiful, but the two year warranty it came with was used twice, and I don't think I've ever had any amp go out on my like that one did.

Get a 4 channel and a mono amp.

What kind of budget are we talking about? There's a lot of options out there for amps...new and used. Are you 100% set on ONE amplifier? As others have mentioned, sometimes a 5 channel just doesn't provide enough bang for the sub channel...especially the 600W RMS your sub requires.
