08 C6 radio/speakers
Hey guys I'm David,new corvette owner and new to the site,I'm wanting to put a different head unit in my c6,it's already been replaced from stock to a pioneer that I'm not to keen of,I'd like to find something with gps,xm radio and link my phone to,also wanting to change out speakers,any help or suggestions would be great,not looking to spend thousands on this by any means..tks

I suggest you start looking here. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-4QsUih0eueu/ Find a system with the price & features you're looking for, and take it from there, keep in mind, they may say a particular head unit won't fit your car which isn't always true, any double DIN unit should fit.

I was going to point you there also. I personally like Kenwood and Alpine units. Have you tried any of these shops? Replace the upper door speaker with a good 3.5" two way. Don't replace the bigger door speakers until you are ready to add an aftermarket amp.

Yeah but the stock head unit is so out of date, and an after market head unit sounds so much better, but it's up to you. You might see if sonicelectronix.com has what you're looking for.

This one is a good one:
KENWOOD DDX5707S 6.8" DVD/MEDIA RECEIVER WITH APPLE CARPLAY AND ANDROID AUTO
Just add the harness, mounting kit, and xm tuner. Uses phone GPS, but displays the map on the radio's screen.
