I'm not an "expert" but I have reseached these amps enough to answer this question. I was told by a JL rep that you can run the fronts off two stereo channels at 75 watts/ch and bridge the other two for the sub at 150 watts. (all at 4 ohms of course).

Where can I find the wiring setup for a JL 500/5. The speakers I have now are - JL 8" sub. , 4" alpine, MB Quart 6" mid, and MB Quart tweeters.
I was thinking about buying a Pioneer DEH7400mp MP3 and getting a JL 500/5 amp with those existing speakers. What do you think? Up for suggestions on new system utilizing those speakers :chevy
