What's the difference between these two US Acoustics amps?

What's the difference between these two US Acoustics amps?
This low cost amp was recommended to me for a bit of an upgrade on my Kenwood Corvette type radio.
USX-4065 and the USB-4065
Cost is only a $5 difference.

Excuse my ignorance but would b-stock mean old stock?
If so why would Crutchfield have that model on backorder?

The USB is the newer model. $5 more and a 3 year warranty. They're not in stock yet.
