Is there a noise cancellation module available to put between the power amps and head unit?
What are you referring to a "noise cancellation module" ? Are you getting some interference with your system ? Are you running a stock head unit and aftermarket amp, or do you have an aftermarket head unit, and an aftermarket amp, or are you using the stock amp ? Need more info on what you're trying to accomplish.
Not that I have seen, probably wouldn't be cheap and would be difficult to retrofit. TSO certified aviation headsets run $1000+. I believe the acoustics required are very specific to the space, for aviation its a headset. In a car, the entire cabin is at play. So it would have to be tuned to your vehicle. I would expect that won't be cheap.

A large part of the cost of an aviation headset is the cost of certification.
I have $75 earbuds with decent electronic noise canceling.
It would not need to be tuned to a specific car or even a model of car. The object is to cancel noise which is random and changes.
It would probably help to have some equalization for frequencies that are inherently resonent in your car.
Oh ok, I see what you're wanting. There's no system such of that, that I've ever seen. What I'd suggest is just adding some sound proofing for your car such as this. https://www.corvetteforum.com/how-to...adening-374871

True enough on the certification. However, I still think the system would have to be tuned for the space, at least somewhat. Acoustics of an SUV are much different than a corvette.
