Noise filter
58 Corvette.
My car is being put back together after paint and resto.
I have an aftermarket Wonderbar which has been OK, far from great but my question is about a noise filter for the radio.
I emailed Classic Car where I bought the Wonderbar years ago. I told them I needed a noise filter for my 58 and went with their recommendation.
When it arrived we discovered it was for alternators only. (I was pi

Is that true?
What's the difference?
Is there something similar for generators?
