2014 C7 3LT Subwoofer tap-in?
I apologize if this has already been discussed and answered somewhere here on the forum but I couldn't find a direct answer. Just purchased the Kicker hideaway powered 10' sub for my 2014 C7 and wanted know if it's best to tap in to the front right woofer or rear woofer for signal. From what I'm seeing, some have done it with both.....some have had issues tapping into the rear sub and some have not so I'm not sure what the best route is. If anyone that has had experience with this could shed some light on which wires should be used for a clean signal to the powered sub, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There's no clear signal. Both are amplified and ruined via the Bose controls. The front woofer signal is full range and the rear sub is crossed over to accommodate the 8 inch Bose sub. If you want the most control, use the front woofer signal.

Thanks for the info! Do you know right off hand what color those wires are that I need to tap into for the front speakers?
