I have a 2000 Coupe and just got an antenna module and harness for the 2001+ coupe.
I wanted to convert from the hatch glass/buffer type module to the later module without the pigtail going to the hatch, but I would like to run the wiring and connectors as close to stock as possible. I haven't found any pictures or detail on the newer module. The service manual only shows diagrams for the old style hatch antenna and even AllData shows the same diagram when looking at 2001 and later.
From pictures I've seen of other C5 coupes, it looks like the change took place maybe during mid-2001 production. Any information or pictures on how the harness should route and connect to would be really appreciated. I attached an image of what I have. Most important to me is the black single spade connector that looks like the hatch glass connector but should connect to something else.
