ok guys i just bought a kicker kx800 2 channel, a kicker kx600 4 channel, a ausiobahn sub box with 2 tens and a alpine 7998. im gonna try the install myself. what else will i need to finish it up pat

Just out of curiousity, what do you mean by upgrading the wires? I am running an install at this very moment and I have 4 gauge coming off the batt term all the way back to the amps. Is this the upgrade you speak of?

ground to batt, batt to alt, alt to ground
sometimes the alt is grounded to the engine so you find the engine ground wire and replace that, they should all be 4ga or bigger
