CD Changer Install
I have a 2002 Corvette with the single in dash CD.
I have GM factory CD changer out of a 2000 Corvette.
First of all, will it work together?
What cable do I need to buy?
Where can I get it?
I went by a stereo shop and they said it was a dealer only item and tried to sell me a Fosgate unit instead.
Help, need advice.

I advised another forum member to call dealer about head unit compatiblity and he came back with 2000 to 2003 had same head units. From what I have learned over the last couple of weeks, the C5 Bose system is unique and not compatible with any aftermarket stuff. You'll need to get the harness from dealership. Check Mike Mercury's post, he has install drawings.
