It's all in! I found a guy that was so cheap I had it done this time instead of doing it myself. He did an excellent job! He installed a HU, front 4x6 plates, rear 6x9s, 10" sub, amp, XM receiver and antenna.
I went with gtsyellow's stealth box idea, but run a partition down the middle and put a port in it so it's more of a band pass box now.
I have pics if someone can post them for me
So, how is the reception with the XM antenae in that spot?
I placed mine on top of the right wheel well. The reception seems OK, I get a few drop outs on some roads, mostly ones with a lot of trees. I think it should be better, and would like to try some different locations.

So far it has been great with no drop outs. I was really worried about the metallic tint on the rear hatch causing a problem but it hasn't. I'm on my way to Vegas Thursday, so I will give the XM a good test :D
You can't see it in the pic, but in the pocket under the head unit is a rocker switch to disable the power antenna
