C6 base stereo speaker replacement
Guys,
I am looking to replace my factory speakers but still utilize the factory base amp. What ohm speakers should I be looking for? What kind of watt range should they have. I know the door speakers are either a 8" or 10". I was looking at a midrange loud speaker there. I am going to have a sub with a amp but want to use the factory amp for the mids and highs if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You are correct it is a 07 base C6. What about the rear 5 25" is it 4 ohm also? Any recommendations on a desent 8" to replace the stock and run on factory amp?

These have good specs and are on .sale.
Alpine S2-S80C
Morel and Focal also have a similar offering but at a much higher price. I would levee the rears alone until you are ready to add an amp to those.
