Two (2) years ago I replaced my standard GM radio in my 2009 C6 that went bad with a Sony Model XAV-AX5500/Q radio and everything worked great.
I lost one of my FOB's and purchased a new one from the dealership and they programed it from the one I still had.
I noticed both FOB's after being programed, my car would not lock when I walked away from it, checked it out in the car OPTIONSMENU and it said NO OPTIONS AVAILABE. Took it back to the dealership to be checked out and they said the car options come from the radio.
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you get the options menu back?

You need to find a different dealer, the options have nothing to do with the radio, I’ve had a couple different aftermarket systems in my Vette and I could always access the options. The first thing I’d try with any electrical glitch like this would be to disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then hook it back up and try to access the options again. You’ll need to reindex your windows again, and you’ll probably loose any presets on your stereo.
