Sony Radio & OPTIONS button
Two (2) years ago I replaced my standard GM radio in my 2009 C6 that went bad with a Sony Model XAV-AX5500/Q radio and everything worked great.
I lost one of my FOB's and purchased a new one from the dealership and they programed it from the one I still had.
I noticed both FOB's after being programed, my car would not lock when I walked away from it, checked it out in the car OPTIONS MENU and it said NO OPTIONS AVAILABE. Took it back to the dealership to be checked out and they said the car options come from the radio.
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you get the options menu back?
