Have a new Alpine ILX-w-770 in my 2001 Corvette and when I'm on Android auto or just Bluetooth the person I'm talking to is saying they hear themselves echoing. Alpine customer support is non-existent they don't attempt to email you back at all I had a ILX w 650 prior and this was not an issue
Phone is a galaxy s22 ultra.
Check the settings about three levels deep for the speaker setup (zone control, listening position, etc.) and see if something there helps. (you may need a grad degree in EE to do this, but it's worth a try)
I do! I figured the echo out. My mic was in the middle on top of mirror. I loved it to driver a pillar and fixed the issue.
this is with the vettenuts bezel and double din dash mounts.
still haven't figured out how to not have to pick the langiage everytime I turn the car on.

Thanks, that’s actually the exact radio and bezel I was thinking of getting. Didn’t know about the langauge selection thing though, let me know if you find a solution.
The 770 is awesome I swapped it out from a 670. The 770 has a 2 camera input so I was able to install my front camera under the bumper for parking curbs. I didnt want to buy the alpine multi camera switch. Also have the Alpine R2-W12D2 in the back
