Ignition Switch Upgrade & Push Button Installation – Tips Needed!
I've finally got some extra money and am thinking about doing a couple mods on my 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray. I'm thinking about changing out my ignition switch and adding a Push Button. I'm wondering if anyone has done this mod? I saw some kits on eBay but they look way too cheap and I don't trust Chinese crap anyway. I also found a couple systems made here in the states, one is by Flaming River who I know and trust; https://www.flamingriver.com/rfid-ke...nition-systems and another by www.digitalguarddawg.com/auto . They totally look like the same systems to me just with different names on the boxes. a big price difference though. Has anyone done this mod and used any of these systems? I'm wondering how hard they are to install? The Guard Dawg company has a bunch of cool start buttons, https://www.digitalguarddawg.com/ike...tton-options-2 I can do basic wiring but don't want to get in over my head. Any thoughts or suggestions?
