Default C5 Bluetooth Static.
I think I have developed static through my BTA. I don't know maybe it's always been there. It's not constant. When I touch the adaptor it goes away, when I step on the brake it stops. Poor ground?

I think you are on the right path to thinking it has a poor ground or shield.

I looked at the ground for the power port in the console and it looks fine. I cant even get an open end wrench on it due to a ground junction box right next to the to make sure it's tight.
