My C5 has killed 3 batteries in the last 10 months.
I am at a loss to find the cause of the parasitic drain.
I want to find a mechanic who is proficient in diagnosing and repair of C5 electrical issues.
I'd appreciate any recommendations in the Apopka, FL or Mount Dora, FL areas.

Easiest way is to tap into the fuses one by one and see where the draw is coming from. You can do this with a multi meter to narrow it down yourself. Could be a module that is defective and pulling power slowly. Watch a few YouTube videos on it. Its easier than you think.
Once you get to the right circuit you can disconnect plugs and narrow it down further.
As suggested, you'll need an amperes meter connected in series with your negative terminal and the car. Get that set and start removing and inserting each fuse until you find the one with the big drop. You'll never get to zero, expect some kind of draw always.
Number of cars I've worked on... most common was a bad aftermarket radio interface or instrument cluster.
time consuming. But not really difficult.
this is not corvette specific, but a good write up of the common procedures...

many YouTube videos for corvette are also available.
How much does it sit between driving it? I recommend getting a battery tender for starters. As mentioned, bad stereo install is a common culprit, but these cars are known for staining batteries if they sit for 3 weeks or so.
BTW I'm in Mount Dora area myself.
edit to add that I've used corvette masters in Maitland. Good, honest guys.
I had similar issues. I did as others have done, get a multi meter with long leads or have another set of hands to watch meter as you go from fuse to fuse. Mine was shorted with the air bag in the drivers seat.
