It must a rare bird, because Google Lens could not find it, and that search engine is usually pretty good. But there are lots of alternative products out there.

I did find the the adapter using google lens. Turns out back in the day it was a "Boss BC2P MTX-STW Battery Terminal" made by MTX out of Phoenix, AZ. It has been discontinued with no replacement.
