C5 Vert Rear Shelf Component Speakers?
Hey all,
I currently and running a 5 channel amp powering a set of 6.5 component speakers in the front and a single 12 inch sub in the back.
I want to replace the rear 5.25 shelf speakers and fill those last two channels on the amp, but don’t want to run coaxial speakers (I’m a bit of an audio snob).
can’t find anything online of people running component speakers back there, has anyone done that install before and how did you mount your tweeters? Were you able to fit it inside the trim or did you wire them to the outside of the housing?
