Looks similar to mine, only bigger, and with more subs.
Are you covering it in carpet, or something else? I used a router on all the corners (after that pic was taken) and covered it in black vinyl, to match the rest of the interior. The board in the front is going to be used to mount my amp and the crossovers for my front components. I am sure I will round the corner on that as well. Mine looks much more shallow than yours, but it's hard to tell the size from the picture. How do you plan on attaching it? I was thinking of bolting mine to the existing rear window storage brackets (somehow). Anyway, I hope you post the finished pics, I would like to see them.

I'm going to cover it in Oyster color carpet or something very close. I'm waiting on some color swatches so I can start carpet shopping.... I don't plan on mounting it down, it's going to weigh around 110+ pounds, and is very snug... it's not going anywhere. The demensions are 40x16x8.5.
Wheres teh A's?
I haven't gotten the A's yet :D I'm waiting til after I get it all carpeted, cause I have no idea how long it's going to take to get the sample then find a match for it
I wasn't going to bolt mine in either until I thought about what would happen if I got into an accident. That 110 lb box would hurt if it hit you in the head at a high rate of speed!
