Default Another Capacitor and Wiring question

1)Some capacitor have 2 positive and 2 negative inputs as others only have 1 positive and 1 negative input. Can you use a capacitor with for 2 inputs for positive and 2 inputs for negative for 2 amps even if 1 is amp is for the subs and the other amp is for the front and rear speakers. 2)Some people say run 1 wire from the battery to the distribution block then to the amp and others say run straght from the battery right to the amp with no distribution block-- which is best? :flag ps sorry if this sound confusing

Ok here it goes this is an old Nakamichi system. This was state of the Art then. I have a (1) PA 400 (220WX1) mono amp, (1) PA 350 4 channel amp (35WX4), (1) PA 300II 2 channel amp (75wX2). 2 cross over (EC-200 and a EC-200H) and 1 Balancer (DB-50).-------I was going to use a capacitor for each amp what do you guys think? Each amp draw about 25 to 26 amps each.

First of all you will only need a single 1-FARAD cap for what you have. This will be the best way to hook up your system. Run no smaller than 4-gauge power wire from battery (fuse within 12” of battery with ANL fuse) to a fused ANL distribution block with two inputs and three outputs. From each output to amp fuse with what the amp is rated for. Run power from the cap to the second input of the distro block. This will allow the cap to be used by all three amps. Don’t worry about there being a fuse between the cap and amps since any resistance will be negligible, especially with an ESR of less than 1.5 milliohms. Run ground from each amp to a non-fused distro block and from there use 4-gauge ground wire to your grounding point. You might also want to upgrade your Big-3 electrical system wires. Like I said before the Lightning Audio Strike series is a decent, inexpensive cap.

Good luck.
