I replaced my BLOSES with a kenwood.It's not easy, nothing wants to bolt right in.Once you solve the head unit problem, use a 4 channel amp.I put 6 1/2 components in the rear.Use stock enclosures with a little polyfill.Its a bass reflex, ported enclosure, so it sounds decent.It won't hit like 2 12's but you still have useable space in back. :nopity

Wow you seem to enjoys head pounding sounds..Tell me more about the system and some more pics than just your sig..
I still dont have a clue on how to get to the 6X9s in front or thr 4" speakers in the doors..

hehe If you check my sig you will see my system... My bass comes via 2 15" kicker solo-barics...
The system works right now been up and running for about 4 days now. The cosmetics are still being worked on. Should have some pics in the next week or so of the finished system.
The MB Quart Q series speakers really scream!

This 1 12" in this box will peal your face off, I couldnt imagine 2 15"s :cheers:

I have a couple of MB Quartz component speakers, and (2) 10" MTX 1 ohm subs mounted in the trunk. Everybody was sticking their noses up at my subs but I had them and just wanted to get something up and running. NOW I get nothing but compliments. :D :yesnod: AND I even saved some for a navigation system. :cheers:

My set-up has to be different than a coupe. The rag top needs room to fold in. IM setting 2 12" Audiobahn Chrome flame Subs in the rear ,Amps I have 2 A big JBL 1200 watt 2 chanel and JBL 800watt 4 chanel for the raised rear floor for that pro-look..I also have ordered 4 INfinty's 6x9s,New cables and Install Kit GM34 M . And to top off the Audio saga. Head unit is a Single Din Kenwood Excelon CD player and with that is a Kenwood Excelon 10 disc CD changer.
Sound complete? I hope so. I like my tunes..

Sounds like a nice setup. Don't mean to invade your post but noone every replies to mine. Where do you guys run your amp and rca wires? Whats the biggest speaker that fits in the front location? Looking to put in 5-6 in components.

6x9s will fit posibly an 8 would fit too..
6" seps are fine..
RCA and speaker wires down the opposite sides of the car as of the POWER!! With a big enough system and not the right wires your system would not be herd over the engine squilling..
