Default System is in and is working!!

I am running 2 12" AudioBahn Flames in the rear with a 1200 watt JBL mono block and 2 Infinity 6x9's in custom front Kicks with a JBL 800x4 and all is ran by Kenwood Excelon Tape deck( folds up to look like there is no deck when not in use) and a Kenwood Excelon 10 disc CD changer.. Power is from a full Rockford Fosgate Farad cap then to Batt. Which is not to special yet..

It hits so hard I can only pump it at 17 before I cant breath
And sound is held in place with Super Dynomat Ex. Layered.. I even took Lipstick red lamb skin and covered some choice peices..

Now IM waiting for my Blue on Black flame ball auto poopieer :yesnod:

Looks very pimp but the floor is dirty and I have a little buttoning up to do..Just a little ..But I have worked on it since 6 this morn and now it 3:10 to finish it up..

So how it sits is subs facing back.Amps and changer on rack bolted to floor and a Power rack just above that all carpeted and a little red lamb skin..

Pic will come soon as I charge up the Sony 5 mega Pixal digi 707.. :)

Thanks for the suport. This job has taken 3 weeks at least 3 hours a day.. You know trial and error.. :cuss

Rob

I have been wanting to hear opinions on those Audiobahn subs. So with that jbl1200.1 they are getting 600watts a piece right?
I'm confused about the jbl800.4, do you mean 80.4? and are you running 2 speakers or 4?

Looking forward to the pics :smash:

I like the Audiobahn line. I have used them since I saw them at a car show a few years ago.. I got the chrome flame 12"s and they hit real nice and hard and looks are clean..

My little JBL is a 4 ch bridged to the 6x9s its a little smaller than the 1200..I will look at the box and see..Might be a 80x4

Yep, its a 80x4 and that amp. rocks those Infintys :yesnod:

I never ran speakers off the deck on any of the systems I have built...The deck may say its got power but I dont believe it.. How can you currant that power with that tiny gound and power lead. I run everthing with 4 gauge.. All speakers are 8 gauge..I also dont trust factory wires.. I do it all new..

I also tried to keep it light with 1/2 MDF Cause I use lots of wood, glue and screws. Woofers I use 3/4 MDF for mounting cause sounds better.
