Will it be warrantied through JL? I know for a fact that JL does not warranty anything that is sold over the net. Just curious.

This shouldn't come as a surprise for many folks that have purchased car audio equipment over the web before. It is not just only JL Audio that doing this but it's also the same for all other manufactures such as Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Panasonic, Pioneer, Rockford Fostgate, Sony. Any vendor out there that is trying to tell you otherwise, is :bs
When there is a problem with the equipment, it will need to be worked out directly with the sellers. That's why it's so important to pick where you purchase the equipments from. Another factor people need to consider is cost versus risk. And then pick which ever route is best fit their needs.
